# Comprenders Subscription Terms

Welcome to Comprenders! This document outlines the terms related to your subscription.

## 1. Subscription Plans

We offer several subscription plans to meet your learning needs.

View specific features and pricing on the subscription page in your app.

## 2. Billing

* **Billing Cycle:** Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly from your signup date.
* **Automatic Renewal:** Subscriptions automatically renew at period end.
* **Payment Methods:**
  + **Web:** Stripe (credit/debit cards)
  + **iOS/Android:** Apple App Store / Google Play Store
  + **Telegram:** Telegram Stars

## 3. Credits System

Your plan includes monthly credits allocated at each billing cycle start. Credits are used for AI conversations, lessons, feedback etc.

**Important:** Credits do not roll over. Unused credits expire at billing cycle end.

## 4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Process varies by platform:

* **Web (Stripe):** Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel
* **iOS:** Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Comprenders → Cancel
* **Android:** Play Store → Profile → Subscriptions → Comprenders → Cancel
* **Telegram:** Via Telegram app subscription management

You retain access until your current billing period ends.

## 5. Refunds

Refund policies by platform:

* **Web (Stripe):** Case-by-case for yearly plans within 14 days. Monthly plans non-refundable. Contact support.
* **iOS:** Handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support.
* **Android:** Handled by Google. Contact Google Play Support.
* **Telegram Stars:** Non-refundable per Telegram policy.

## 6. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at period end. Disable by canceling at least 24 hours before renewal date (see Section 4).

## 7. Price Changes

We provide **30 days’ notice** before price changes. You may cancel before changes apply.

## 8. Free Trial

From time to time, we may offer a free trial period for new users. If you sign up for a free trial:

* You will have access to premium features for a limited time
* **Subscription auto-converts to a paid plan at trial end** unless canceled
* Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges (see Section 4)

Free trial availability and duration may vary.
