Questions about our Telegram cohort courses with live coaches.

How do the Telegram courses work?    

Each course is a cohort of learners working together inside a private Telegram channel. A live language coach posts daily exercises, runs voice sessions and gives you feedback. Between sessions you practise speaking, reading, pronunciation, and both listening and reading comprehension. We also work the whole time with an interactive dictionary, picking different games so you memorise words and phrases instantly. You keep access to the materials for another 3 months.

What is the schedule?    

We usually hold a Zoom video call at the start of the course and at its end, plus daily asynchronous exercises in the channel. The recording of the shared video call stays available to you. Most courses run 1 to 3 weeks. Exact dates are listed on each course's page.

How much do I actually talk to the coach?    

Every learner gets at least one one-on-one slot in each live session — but this depends on whether you can join the video call at the scheduled time. If you miss it, we send you the recording of the shared video call. Outside the online sessions, your language coach reviews your voice messages and written homework in the channel throughout the course.

Are there prerequisites?    

Each course states its required CEFR level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1) on the course page. If you are not sure of your level, take our online test or message us — we will ask you to record a 2–3 minute introduction about yourself in the language you are learning as an MP3, and we will tell you whether the course you chose is right for you.

What is the refund policy?    

A full refund is not possible. But we will move you to the next cohort or credit your learning account with a one-on-one session if you have a confirmed reason (illness, work emergency).

Do I need anything besides Telegram?    

To get real results you need the Telegram app on your phone or computer, a microphone, and a Zoom link from us for our shared video calls.
