Your data stays in the EU
Learner and course data are hosted in Germany (Hetzner). AI processing runs only in data centres in the EU and Switzerland — never transferred to the US.
You remain the controller
We act as your data processor. We provide a data-processing agreement (AVV under Art. 28 GDPR) — with sub-processor list and technical safeguards — on request.
Your data, your records
Export attendance and progress data per participant at any time — for your files and audits. Your data belongs to you.
No cost surprises
We agree scope and price with you in writing up front: a one-time course-setup fee plus an annual licence. Reduced terms for non-profits and NGOs.
